My approach to counselling is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and tailored to each person.

I pay attention to how your nervous system carries your history and work at a pace that feels safe and manageable. Our sessions make space for your cultural background, beliefs, and lived experience. You won’t have to translate your family or ways of surviving.

I focus on the whole person, not just diagnoses. I draw from somatic, mindfulness, cognitive, emotion-focused, and narrative approaches, adapting each session to your needs and capacity.
